Carti’s 2020 album Whole Lotta Red popularized the rage subgenre with aggressive punk-influenced beats and high-energy delivery. He has collaborated with artists including Lil Uzi Vert, Travis Scott, and Kanye West, and founded the Opium label imprint. His influence extends to fashion and youth culture through his association with brands like Vlone and his evolving aesthetic.
