Emmanuel del Real Díaz, known professionally as Meme del Real, is a Mexican musician, songwriter, and producer born in Mexico City in 1969. He is best known as a founding member of the influential rock band Café Tacvba, where he contributes as a multi-instrumentalist and co-writer. Throughout his career, Meme has been integral to Café Tacvba’s distinctive sound, blending rock, electronic, and traditional Mexican elements. His work extends beyond the band into solo projects and collaborations within the Latin indie scene.
