Bio

Catrin Finch is a Welsh harpist born in 1980. She studied at the Purcell School and the Royal Academy of Music, where she later became a professor. Finch served as the Official Harpist to the Prince of Wales from 2000 to 2004. She has performed with orchestras including the London Symphony Orchestra and the BBC National Orchestra of Wales. Finch is known for her collaborations across genres, working with musicians such as cellist Julian Lloyd Webber and Senegalese kora player Seckou Keita. Her recordings include both classical repertoire and contemporary works, and she has released albums on labels including Deutsche Grammophon and Bendigedig.
