Tom Rowlands is an English musician and producer best known as one half of the electronic music duo The Chemical Brothers. Born in Kingston upon Thames in 1971, he formed the group with Ed Simons in the early 1990s, initially performing under the name The Dust Brothers before adopting their current moniker. Rowlands has been instrumental in shaping the sound of big-beat and electronic dance music, contributing to the duo's distinctive blend of breakbeats, psychedelic elements, and guest vocal collaborations. Throughout his career, he has co-produced multiple albums and singles that have achieved both critical acclaim and commercial success in the UK and internationally.
