Bio
Barry Adrian Reese (born July 7, 1982), known professionally as Cassidy, is an American rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He first gained recognition in the early 2000s through a series of mixtapes and his affiliation with the Swizz Beatz–led Full Surface Records imprint. Cassidy achieved mainstream success with his 2004 debut album Split Personality, which featured the Billboard Hot 100 number-one single "Hotel" featuring R. Kelly. Subsequent releases such as I'm a Hustla (2005) and B.A.R.S. The Barry Adrian Reese Story (2007) further established his reputation for intricate lyricism and battle-rap prowess.
