Bio
Jarabe De Palo is a Spanish rock band formed in 1996 in Barcelona by singer-songwriter Pau Donés. The group blends rock with Latin rhythms and has become one of the most influential acts in the rock en español movement. Their breakthrough came with the 1996 single “La Flaca,” which propelled their debut album to multi-platinum status across Spain and Latin America. Over the following decades, Jarabe De Palo released a string of successful albums, maintaining a distinctive sound that fuses catchy melodies, introspective lyrics, and Afro-Latin grooves.
