Bio
Ashit Desai (born 16 May 1951) is an Indian vocalist, composer and music director from Vadodara, Gujarat. He is best known for his devotional and bhajan recordings, as well as his contributions to Gujarati garba and pop music. Desai has released numerous albums of traditional Gujarati devotional songs and has composed music for stage, film and television. His work is widely available on major streaming platforms and is catalogued by MusicBrainz, Discogs and other international databases.
