V. Harikrishna (born 5 September 1974) is an Indian music composer and director primarily associated with the Kannada film industry, known as Sandalwood. Born in Bangalore, Karnataka, he has scored music for numerous Kannada films since the early 2000s. His work spans a range of genres within Kannada cinema, including romantic ballads, folk-infused tracks, and contemporary pop arrangements. Harikrishna is recognized for his ability to blend traditional Karnataka folk elements with modern orchestration, contributing to the distinctive sound of Sandalwood cinema.
