Bio
Jocelyn Pook is an English composer, pianist and viola player born in Birmingham in 1960. She is known for her work in film, theatre and contemporary classical music, often blending Western classical traditions with world-music influences. Her scores include the soundtracks for Stanley Kubrick’s Eyes Wide Shut and Michael Winterbottom’s The Road to Guantánamo, and she has collaborated with artists such as Massive Attack and Peter Gabriel.
