Bio
The Grid is a British electronic music group formed in 1988, best known for their 1994 hit single "Swamp Thing" which reached the UK top 10. The project was founded by Richard Norris and Dave Ball, the latter previously a member of the synth-pop duo Soft Cell. Their music blends elements of house, ambient, and techno, often incorporating samples and live instrumentation. The Grid released several albums throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, establishing themselves as notable figures in the UK electronic music scene.
