T-Pain is an American singer, rapper, and producer from Tallahassee, Florida. He rose to prominence in the mid-2000s with his use of Auto-Tune and melodic hooks, scoring hits such as "I'm Sprung," "Buy U a Drank," and "Bartender." His 2007 album Epiphany topped the Billboard 200, and he later released Thr33 Ringz and the mixtape series rEVOLVEr. T-Pain has collaborated with artists including Lil Wayne, Kanye West, and Jamie Foxx, and won a Grammy for his feature on "I'm on a Boat." He founded the label Nappy Boy Entertainment and continues to release music and tour.
