Kacey Musgraves

Kacey Musgraves is an American singer-songwriter from Golden, Texas. She rose to prominence after winning the fifth season of USA Network's Nashville Star in 2006 and later signed with Mercury Records. Her 2013 major-label debut Same Trailer Different Park topped the Billboard Country Albums chart and earned her the Grammy Award for Best Country Album. Musgraves is known for her witty, progressive takes on country music that blend traditional instrumentation with pop and psychedelic influences. Subsequent albums Pageant Material, Golden Hour, and Star-Crossed further established her as a leading voice in modern country. Golden Hour won Album of the Year at the 2019 Grammys. She has collaborated with artists such as Willie Nelson, Katy Perry, and Troye Sivan.
